At Averex, we stand behind the quality of our products. We offer a 30-day return and refund policy for any manufacturing issues that occur after purchase.

Damaged During Shipping: If your projector arrives damaged, we will gladly send you a brand-new replacement at no extra cost. To facilitate this process:

Please record a video of the package being freshly opened (unboxing) to verify the condition upon arrival.

Once verified, we will arrange for the collection of the damaged unit and dispatch your replacement immediately.

Manufacturing Issues: If you encounter a technical or manufacturing fault within the first 30 days, you are eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Conditions:

Items must be returned in their original packaging with all included cables and accessories.
